Good afternoon! Welcome to the latest subscriber-only edition of the Vietnam Weekly, once again focused on the latest developments related to the anti-corruption/anti-graft campaign. We’re rolling into the end of the year with no let-up in big stories, a trend that will continue into 2023.
I’ll publish another one in two weeks and then take a holiday break. You can subscribe to receive that and all future editions for US$5/month or US$50/year below. (New subscribers also get access to all previous exclusive articles.)
We’ll start with another round of arrests in the sprawling repatriation flight scandal before moving into some private-sector updates and more international coverage of this campaign's impact on governance and the economy.
